M-Strip Installation Method

 
Steps to install M-PE

1. Survey and measure actual installation areas for materials preparation such as screw, M-Strip & M Tape
2. Place M-Strip across purlins or in line with metal roof (the distance of each M-Strip depends on the width of M-PE Insulation sheet)
3. Attach M-Strip on the top of every purlin with screw
4. Start placing M-PE Insulation sheets on the top & center of M-Strip
5. Place M-PE insulation sheet by facing Aluminium Foil upper-side in line with Metal roof (across purlins)
6. Attach M-PE insulation sheet with purlin tightly
7. Install metal roof after the placing of M-PE insulation
8. Apply all above steps all over the areas.
9. Recheck the area for completion and correction needed

M-PE String Installation Method

 
Step before Installation
  • Survey the area by measuring width and length of purlin to estimate M-PE size and wire length
  • Prepare M-PE as the size of purlin
Steps to install M-PE

1. Insert M-PE between purlins
2. Cling one side of M-PE to rafter by wiring string around rafter and grasp with lock
3. Fasten M-PE sheet
4. Cut out the remaining M-PE
5. Cling roof and iron purlin with screw

WIRE MESH INSTALLATION METHOD

 
ั้Steps to install M-PE

1. Survey and measure actual installation areas for material preparation
2. Place wire mesh across purlins or in line with metal roof
3. Cling wire mesh by screwing with purlins for each distance of 40 cm.
4. After placing wire mesh for ¼ of total areas, start placing MPE sheets
5. Place MPE sheets by facing Metalized Film down in line with Metal roof (across purlins)
6. Apply rubber glue at MPE joint area and cling it with purlins every 40 cm distance
7. Install metal roof following MPE placing

Spray Adhesive Installation Method

Step before Installation
  • Spray the rubber glue on insulation sheet (on Foam side) and leave for a while (Sundried for 5 mins is recommended)
ั้Steps of Installation

1. Spray the rubber glue all over the metal roof
2. Cling the insulation sheet on the corrugation of metal roof & cut off to fit the metal roof properly.
3. Follow the above step all of the metal roof.
